Sharp presents the AQUOS BD-HP1, a Blu-ray, High Definition(HD) recorder.The AQUOS BD-HP1 can record to 1080p video to BD-R/RE in MPEG-2 format with AAC audio. It supports also playback of DVD±R/RW and DVD-RAM discs and has a HDMI, “Japanese D4, S-Video, and composite video outputs; optical/coaxial digital audio; and support for 7.1ch sound” and 2 Firewire ports.

Jaguar has announced that the S-type will be replaced in spring 2008 with a car called the XF.
