Closely located to the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC), the largest investment and construction project in Russia, and Europe as a whole, the Expocenter Project offers the city a new exposition venue, hotel, and residential development. The main function of the horizontal space is to house the exposition and conference halls. The exposition halls cantilever to the sides at the upper levels, providing for a snow-free outdoor event space; and concealing the traffic at the southern part of the building. Such a venue with 26,340 sqm net exhibition space, which is located in the center of Moscow, will be in high demand for such high-class exhibitions and events.

Evesham gets audio bouncing off the walls with this virtual-surround TV stand that is made from nine speakers. Cinema surround sound setup instructions that would read - place TV on top, plug in, does a certain je ne sais quoi.
That’s what Evesham’s achieved with its TV stand that is jam-packed with NINE (yes I did say nine!) speaker cones. Switch on and the Sound Stage will have 5.1 channels of sound bouncing around the room, virtual-surround style, from the moment the screen starts to flicker. The audio sound itself comes courtesy of a 50W subwoofer and two 20W centre speakers. Four 30W speakers take care of the front of house and a further two tackle the rear. With the fact there is all this with no trailing wires. Want more? Try plugging in your MP3 player for a seriously loud speaker dock.

Derived from the word “versatile”, our unique case The Versa is indeed all that: used as a case to protect your iPod in style, its belt loop can be detached on the bottom and turns the whole case into a stand for your iPod in the blink of an eye. Just flip open the case, release the snap, fold the cover back, position the stand on any of the “vents” or the matching snap and show your friends and family your videos and photos effortlessly. The dock connector is accessible in “stand mode” eliminating the need for a separate docking station.

Well-known objects come together to form something utterly new.
Take an object, any object, add a few more objects say the magic words….. voila I’m a designer. Ok, so I’m no furniture designer but I know a man who is. David Olschewski’s Water Wings Stool is an interesting juxtaposition. The stool’s construction consists of eight water wings, that’s “armbands” to us Brits. Stability is lent to the construction by rods that connect the stool’s acrylic legs. Altogether the Water Wings Stool is clever piece of contemporary furniture.
“The aesthetic experience of the piece goes far beyond its mere functional aspect”.
Thanks David

For a design firm like Giugiaro’s Italdesign, it must get tiring to send beautiful vehicles out into the world with another company’s badge adorning the grille. That’s where cars like this Vadhò concept come into play. Italdesign technicians designed the chassis of this concept from the ground up, and the swoopy body wears a big red “G” proudly on the front bumper, just as future models will–it’s Giugiaro’s new signature. The Vadhò’s tandem two-person cabin and the white stripe going the length of its black body make the car look like Speed Racer’s worst nightmare, and it’s semi-exposed hydrogen engine is straight out of that futuristic cartoon, too. The tandem cabin draws its inspiration from aeronautics, so it makes sense that inside, the steering wheel is replaced by two joysticks planted on the driver’s seat armrests. Giugiaro is ahead of its time with this slick and efficient concept, and we can’t wait for the day when production vehicles look this futuristic.

designed by philippe starck, the lux collection consists of a complete selection of plastic glassware, cutlery, and dinnerware for entertaining or everyday use. very durable, the collection is available in a number of colors. the most notable aspect of the design is a horn-like projection from the plates that secures bowls and cups. this allows free movement at parties or for an everyday meal in front of the TV. a black saucer combined with a long stemmed champagne is perfect for the more formal affair.
