Ten Arquitectos

Ten Arquitectos, which has feet firmly in both Mexico City and New York, is now starting work on what is hoped will be a new landmark for Harlem. It’s a 42-storey, 550ft glass building marking the gateway to Harlem at 125th Street and Park Avenue. The lower portion of the main tower will house a hotel, the Marriot Courtyard at Harlem Park, with loft-space apartments above. In the mid-height tower, there will be shopping, conference and office space, and more fun – restaurants and spas – at the top. The whole project should be completed by the end of next year.
